杏仁香蕉巧克力小蛋糕


昨晚,妈咪本来打算要做香蕉蛋糕,可是煮好菜豆饭后,她说好累不做了...
今早,妈咪切好香蕉,加盐放进塑胶袋里压mian后,叫我自己学做蛋糕,给大家当早餐...
硬着头皮就开工做吧......哈哈

材料 ingredients:

菜油 margerine - 125g
自发面粉 self-raising flour - 150g
褐糖 brown sugar - 90g
鸡蛋 eggs(A) - 2pcs
巧克力酱 chocolate paste - 1tsp
清水 water - 2 tbsp
香蕉 banana paste - 150g
盐 salt - 1/2 tsp
杏仁片或粒(装饰用)sliced and chopped almonds (for decorating)

做法 :
  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius. 预热烘炉至170度
  2. Peel the banana and mash well with a fork,add in the salt . 香蕉去皮后,用叉压碎并加盐
  3. Beat margerine and brown sugar till soft and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 把菜油和褐糖搅打至乳白色,加蛋(1个1个加)搅打均匀
  4. Sieve in self raising flour and water to the wet ingredients. Fold it in the wet ingredients.筛入自发面粉和清水,用刮刀拌匀
  5. Fold the mashed banana and chocolate paste into the batter. 拌入香蕉和巧克力酱
  6. Fill up the paper cups 80% full. Decorate the top with sliced or chopped almonds . 倒入蛋糕纸杯8分满。用杏仁片或杏仁粒装饰蛋糕。
  7. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.送进烘炉烘170度,时间25分钟
  8. Take out the cake and leave it cool before serving. 从烘炉取出小蛋糕,放凉后食用。
